For Creators on Instagram
These are the current sounds and songs making the rounds on Instagram this week. If you’re a content creator or a normie (hi, it me!) and want to make a cute Reel with a trending sound, these are the ones to use.
Brands + Businesses Beware: These songs could get you in trouble if you use them. Depending on how your account is set up on Instagram, you might not even have the option to use these sounds.
Description of the overall trend:
This iconic AC/DC track is absolutely everywhere again, all thanks to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders doc on Netflix. Creators are jumping on the sound to show themselves gearing up for something big! Like, prepping for battle (lol), mentally and physically stretching, getting into full beast mode at the gym, whatever (!), except it’s for something mundane like showing up to your 9-5 on a Monday after vacation. Womp womp.
How to recreate the trend:
Start with a slow, dramatic shot of you “getting ready” for whatever your version of battle is (Black Friday at retail, back-to-school, pitching your creative idea to a client, etc). Stretch. Deep breath. Dramatic stare. Then, as the guitar kicks in, cut to you heading straight into whatever you’re preparing for.
Who the trend is best for:
Retail workers, creators in service industries, fashion folks, fitness creators, etc.
Pro tips:
Add exaggerated sound effects like stretching or cracking joints if you want to go fully lean into it.
Description of the overall trend:
The energy of this song? Immaculate. Whether you’re pointing at your ring finger wondering where your future husband is (or actually showing off your ring if you’re married/engaged!), or just using it as a backdrop to your OOTD/DITL, this audio is versatile and currently doing numbers!
How to recreate the trend:
You’ve got two paths: 1) Take the lyrics literally by lip syncing to the line “Where is my husband?!” while dramatically looking around a crowded room, and/or showing off your ring finger.
or 2) Use it as a high-energy background track for your get-ready-with-me, outfit checks, makeup transitions, or anything in between.
Who the trend is best for:
Fashion + beauty creators, lifestyle vloggers, and honestly … anyone who’s just a little bit unhinged in the best way (hi, it me).
Description of the overall trend:
Just in time for spooky season! This nostalgic tune is trending as background music for cozy, aesthetic, Halloween, and fall-themed Reels.
How to recreate the trend:
Set the mood. Show off anything that is fully fall/Halloween-themed, such as a trip to the pumpkin patch, baking, reading by candlelight, or decorating for Halloween. Let the gentle piano soundtrack play in the background!
Who the trend is best for:
Lifestyle creators, foodies, home decor creators, and small biz owners doing fall product drops.
For Brands + Businesses on Instagram
The current trending audio and sounds that anyone on Instagram can use. Yes, all songs and sounds below are safe for brands and businesses. I’m not here to put anyone into Instagram jail.
Trend Overview:
This one is SO good for any moment that makes you narrow your eyes in suspicion. It’s a dramatic audio that creators are using when someone says something a bit sketchy and your only response is to stare into the camera like, “Really? REALLY????”
How to recreate:
Pick a moment where you're hearing or seeing something you do not believe for a second. Film yourself with that slow, knowing “suspicious” stare. Add on-screen text that matches the situation (something you overheard at work, a ridiculous customer request, a client email, etc!).
Who the trend is best for:
Service-based businesses, social media managers, restaurants & retail, anyone really!
Pro Tip:
Zoom in slowly as you stare into the camera for what feels like an uncomfortably long time.
Trend Overview:
Yes, it’s that time again!!! My favorite season (and every basic girl who loves big sweaters and coffee, am I right?). This sound is all over Reels as people officially welcome fall, and it gives you the perfect excuse to lean into the seasonal vibe.
How to recreate:
It’s super easy! Grab clips of your fall decor, seasonal menu items, Halloween-themed products, outfits. Legit anything that screams October. Layer them with this trending audio and add text like “POV: You wait all year for spooky season.”
Who the trend is best for:
Retailers, cafes & bars, beauty salons, any brand doing seasonal content
Trend Overview:
This one is so wholesome and fun, I’m honestly obsessed with it. It’s being used in sweet little POV videos where someone needs a boost, and you (or your team) spin them around in a circle. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.
How to recreate:
Film someone in your office or shop looking sad or tired. Add the “POV: when your coworker needs a little pick-me-up” text on screen, and cut to a clip of you spinning them in a circle. It’s silly and cute. The end.
Who the trend is best for:
Restaurants, boutique teams, basically, anyone with coworkers or besties
Pro Tip:
Don’t overthink the editing. It’s more fun when it feels a little chaotic and unpolished.
Trend Overview:
This audio from Friends is trending as a fun way to tease something that’s coming soon (a product, a collection, a launch, an announcement, whatever).
How to recreate:
Record a video of you (or your team) looking suspicious or like you're hiding something. Mouth to each other, “do you know something?” then flash a quick teaser (blurry product shot, sneak peek of packaging, or just a “👀”).
Who the trend is best for:
E-commerce brands, creators teasing a collab, restaurants with seasonal menus
Trend Overview:
From Taylor Swift’s newest album, this sound is everywhere because people are using it to highlight the things that get them excited, in a hot way but, a nerdy hot way. More like, “Talk nerdy to me” or “Invite me to a bookstore date.”
How to recreate:
Start with a statement on screen that seems innocent or even boring at first, like “Do you want to talk analytics?” or “Let’s spend the afternoon deep-cleaning the house.” Cut to yourself blushing or smiling with the line “stop talking dirty to me.”
Who this trend is best for:
Content creators, bookstores, coffee shops, nerdy niches, social media managers and techies
Trend Overview:
This sound has people in a chokehold. It’s used to show two (or more) options and the internal battle of choosing between them.
How to recreate:
Film yourself in a setting where you’re choosing between two things. Overlay with “I don’t know if I want her… or her…” and point to each item or option.
Who the trend is best for:
Fashion brands, restaurants, beauty services, retailers with multiple offerings
Trend Overview:
The text on screen lists a bunch of tasks you do at work, and you walk in a circle like a tiny car hitting each one like: “Content creation. Analytics. Emailing clients. Editing. Crisis management.” Rinse, recycle, repeat. Because this is literally your life.
How to recreate:
Put your list of daily tasks in a circular format on screen. Then film yourself walking in a circle, “touching” each item in the loop.
Who the trend is best for:
Social media managers, creatives, business owners, literally anyone who wears 500 hats at once

Description of the trend:
This is one of my favorite trending audios at the moment!! The Charli xcx song feels like falling back in love with your life again. People are using it to compile clips of little joyful moments. The stuff that feels mundane in the moment, but looking back on it is actually romantic (but not Taylor Swift, iykyk!).
How to recreate:
Start by pulling together short, aesthetic clips of your everyday life. Add them to this audio and sync the cuts to the beat.
Who this trend is best for:
Lifestyle creators, travel, wellness, or city creators, fashion + beauty brands, anyone wanting to romanticize their niche
Description of the trend:
This trend comes back every single year around this time. It starts with someone running away from something terrifying (classic horror movie vibes), but then they hear that the “killer” actually wants something they also love. So they do a full U-turn and chase them instead.
Ex: “When I’m being chased by a serial killer, but then they say they need help growing on TikTok.”
How to recreate:
Film yourself dramatically running away. Then, cut to a moment of realization, the killer says or does something that totally wins you over (you can add this as on-screen text). Then turn around and sprint back toward them, smiling, excited, obsessed.
Who this trend is best for:
Social media marketers, small biz owners, creators in niche industries (writers, artists, stylists), basically anyone who wants to make their work look irresistible

Description of the trend:
You know that classic sound from Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Yeah. It’s back. The setup is that you ask a question on-screen, then follow it up with four wildly unhinged multiple-choice answers (none of which are correct, and that’s what makes it perfect).
How to recreate:
Start by writing out your “question” at the top of the screen. It can be personal, niche, industry-specific, whatever works for your brand! Then list four hilarious answers A–D underneath. You can film yourself looking dead serious, like you’re on a game show, or play it up with big facial expressions as if you're panicking.
Examples:
“A client wants to review the copy you haven’t written yet. Do you: A) scream B) cry C) pretend to be deaf D) hide under your desk”
“You’ve posted on social once today. Do you: A) rest B) create a new post C) refresh engagement every 3 seconds D) delete everything and start over”
Who this is best for:
Social media managers, creators with a chaotic sense of humor, freelancers, agencies, marketers, anyone in a client-facing industry
@yyyudy unseen snow white footage
Description of the trend:
This one’s going viral fast! Two friends stand back-to-back. One friend is the sweet, innocent one who sings the first part of the song. And then the camera moves in a slow circle towards the other friend, who is a bit more in your face, and then sings the rap. Perfect for showing how differently two people react to the same situation.
How to recreate:
Stand back-to-back with your friend. One of you sings the first part of the song in a sweet way, and then cut to the friend in the back who sings the rap. I think this trend is great to show off friends who have different personalities, co-workers who react to things a bit differently, etc.
Who this is best for:
Brands with team personalities, biz owners with staff/partners, creators who love a good reaction-style post, service providers who deal with the dreaded oublic.

Hidden Talent
Description of the trend:
Three friends. One camera. One emotional ballad. And a desire to never go back to work. This one is just stupidly funny. People sit side by side and lip sync to Sam Smith’s “Stay With Me,” trying to prove they have a hidden singing talent … and sadly for most of us, we don’t.
How to recreate:
Grab two friends (or coworkers, or your pets, I’m not judging!). Sit next to each other and take turns dramatically lip syncing the line “oh won’t you … stay with meeeee.” Actually try because the entire point is that you’re not actually good, but you want to be. It’s the delulu.
Who this is best for:
Small business teams, retail/restaurants, anyone who wants to show some behind-the-scenes team energy
Other Trends to Try!!
@theminories When the Boss sends a voice text with precise instructions… #theminories #voicetext #fyp
The “Boss Voice Note”
Description of the trend:
This trend is perfect if you work with a team, an agency, or just have a very detailed friend/client/boss who loves to send long voice notes (so sorry but this is me). Creators are using actual (or recreated!) voice memos from their boss or client explaining what the TikTok or Reel should include, and then filming literal interpretations of those instructions.
How to recreate the trend:
Start by finding (or recording) a voice note that gives a very specific creative instruction. Then, gather clips of yourself (or your team) following those instructions to the letter. Like … exactly as they’re said.
The more literal and awkward the visual interpretation is, the funnier.
Who this is best for:
Social media managers (obviously), creators who work with brands, agencies. business owners with team dynamics
